dropcloth covered futon

I have hated my futon forever....it cost alot so we have to keep it.  so, i got the idea to cover it with a dropcloth and voila (did i spell that right? lol)

a new futon and the dropcloth only cost $10!!

LOL!!  I can't wait to finish this room.  I told you I had that red rug...I  actually bought an 8x10 of the same rug, but think I am going to return it...there is nothing red in the room and I think either a muted rug or a jute rug would go best.  I am still trying to decide about curtains for the bay window.  I really would like some velvet curtains, but that is expensive!  It  always feels so cold up there.
