She had a tumor on her mastoid bone and had to remove it

It will be at least a week till she will be out of bed. From what she told me the first week is pain management and rest. However this surgeon is different from who she had 6 years ago, so she may recover better this time.

I hate to even to even imagine getting my skull cut open:( She is amazing with all she has endured this year.
