Good morning!

We did watch the opening ceremonies; I thought it was ok, but I can't get over how much K.D. Lang looks like a man.

I was half asleep when she was singing, but it sounded really nice and looked to see who it was, and all I could think of was 'gee, I didn't realize Wayne Newton was from Canada."

lmfao

i have made a huge mistake.

i invited another little boy to come play with us today because his mom (our very close friend) is very morning sick. i figured it woudl keep my kids busy.

now my kids are acting like giant a-holes (moty here, I know) and I have to add another one to the mix.

he's an angel so hopefully his good behavior will impact my little devils.

but i means no naps :ahhhhhhhhhh

GA!

I'm busy delvering flowers to the college students today.  We did a can for carnation program where students could "buy" a carnation and card for another student for a non-perishable donation to our on campus food bank.

I went a little too early (11:30 am, lmao) and dealt with too many barely dressed hung over students...so I will be taking a couple hour break.

For non FB friends, I will do a rare Travis brag.  He and the boys made me heart shaped pancakes and served me breakfast in bed this morning.  That is SO not like him.  At all.  It was great.

I just laughed so hard that I made myself go into a coughing fit. That's funny shiz right there.

Thanks for the birthday wishes and consoling re:Joe being a temporary jerk.

Hopefully we'll have a decent evening. He had nice plans for the day, but those were mostly thwarted by him going out and finding that his car was dead, and having to run out and get a new battery, and put that in and all that.

Being an adult is lame, lmao.

My daughter is yelling at the dog because he walked by and "Totally on purpose" missed up her LPS that were in a straight line. And we're about to get snowed in again. Oy.

it all turned out wonderfully!

he's a complete sweetie so they have been on their best behaviour trying to act like him. I may keep him and send one of them to his house. If I put charlie in his clothes, do you think they'll notice?

we did valentines crafts - a butterfly made from hearts and and a toilet paper roll and crayon stain glass hearts on wax paper.

just call me martha.

I've been busy all day!!!  We FINALLY had Kenley's birthday party this afternoon, so I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off all day.  I just put the pics on facebook.

I totally agree about the luge guy--I don't think they should keep showing him crashing!!  Think of his family watching that cry   I swear, some people have no respect for anything anymore.
