I think the quotes from Obama are so far from what he has put into practice it's ridiculous, and it's just another example of his talking out both sides of his mouth. First, many of the banks were forced to take the stimulus money even though they didn't want it. Those have paid it back in full with interest. I firmly believe the government has no right to say how much executives are paid in any field. Nor, should the government be giving bailouts to any company. If a company needs to fail or restructure, let it happen without interference.

I think the Obama administration should really look much closer to home and clean up the mess they have created in Fannie and Freddy. No one seems to complain about those executives and their big bonuses and those institutions are largely responsible for the mess we're in now.

As for Obama stating he begrudges no one....If he wants us all to succeed, then why is he trying to sink small businesses with 38% taxes, etc.? We were going to move our business to full time, but with what may be coming down the pipeline, I'm terrified to do so.

The government can't tax and spend it's way out of a recession. It won't work. Cut taxes, shrink government, and balance the budget. If I made 50K and planned to spend 100k, I'd be laughed at. So why is it ok for Obama?
