Morning girls. If there is no major snowstorm (as predicted), we have dance class and two basketball games tomorrow. Jake also has a birthday party Sat afternoon. We will probably stay home on Sunday for the Superbowl (and continue the crap-eating fest that has been happening in my house this week,lol).
On the train headed to work. I am so ready for this week to be over. I seriously need a mini vacation from my life. Just way too much running around going on. One month till my trip to Vegas with DH sans kids!
I am excited for Yoga after work today. I am very tired, but it will feel good.
I am very happy it is Friday.
Again, I have another weekend that is all surrounded by eating. I am telling ya, we need to get new hobbies in the US,lol. I have my Mom's birthday dinner out on Sat. and my sister is having a Super Bowl party. I am not sure if I am going or not yet.
Good morning! I think this weekend we will be doing some cleaning around here since I think we are going to have to get an exterminator in here to get the bats out of our attic. I thought I had been hearing something but dh said he couldn't see anything in the attic. Well, I very clearly heard for a few minutes last night a bat or bats chirp. I also heard them scratching around for a long time. That's not so good for sleep. I want to get them out now before spring comes and they have babies.
I am near tears. I assumed I wouldn't be able to find red 40 free and nut safe candy. Like ever. I will admit I haven't really looked, because it seemed like a lost cause.

I am hoping beyond hope they arrive before next Friday. Koda's class is having a Valentines party, and seriously, the candy involved is RIDICULOUS.
More expensive then normal candy, sure. But I would pay five times that if it means Koda feels like he hits in at his party and future parties.
A year away is too long but I'd be willing to give a week or two a try!!
We're supposed to be in the midst of a snow storm. I think it's moving in but I sit near no windows so what do I know?
We are going to take the kiddos to a movie this weekend and will obviously watch our Colts in the superbowl. The daycare is FINALLY completed after the fire. I volunteered tonight to help move stuff back in the classrooms. We are attending a rededication on Sunday after church.
I never thought I would say these words, but I want snow.
We have had like no snow this winter. Allie is just begging to play in snow and sled. We are going to Northern Michigan next weekend to find snow for her to play in. This is insane. I never thought I would be so jealous of snow storms. I would love a big one. We may go this whole winter with no snow days at school :( Just does not seem right for a norther state,lol.
Melissa, I must say, you are insane. If I could send you some snow, I would in a heartbeat! Our Dec. storm gave us over 20", then we had snow last weekend-a couple inches, i forget exactly, then we had snow again Tuesday-like 5" and now they are predicting we will get 20-30" here, with some places going higher than 30"!!! Are you kidding me??? This is MARYLAND!!!!!
Ugh. I am over it. Thankfully we have everything we need to get through the weekend, but Kate had no school this past week, Anna only went today, and if we really get as much as they are calling for (and they are predicting snow showers again this coming week), Anna will be lucky to get to go again next Friday-I doubt Kate will even get to go! Poor things are going to completely miss their V-day parties.
Not to mention I am anxious to get to the GI on Tuesday to get the ball rolling on the switch from Humira to Remicade. I really don't want to have to put that off.
