Anyone use blue agave?

I know very little about it, but picked some up to use in place of sugar.

I have this one Wholesome Sweeteners Organic raw blue agave, 23.5-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 6)

i've been seeing it at traders and i'm not sure what i'd do with it, but it sure looks like something i'd be into.

i use agave nectar - not sure if its blue or not.  i know i have at least 2 types at home, one darker than the other  buy it at whole foods and lug it to lux in my suitcase LOL.

there are tons of uses - but i tend to use organic cane sugar in general baking (except xmas cookies when i break out the white stuff) cause i dont like substituting a liquid substitute for sugar called for in a recipe.  (baking is kinda scientific ikywim)

i use it in marinades and asian cooking whenever (white or brown) sugar is called for in a recipe and i also use it in smoothies and drinks.

if you look online, there are lots of recipes for ideas.

I use agave nectar in place of maple syrup sometimes, and in recipes occasionally.  It's yummy!

I use agave nectar in anything I'd otherwise be tempted to use sugar or a sugar substitute: oatmeal/steel cut oats, fage (although I usually use honey), cereal (esp. when I was eating Uncle Sam's).

It's good! :)

I have been putting in my coffee and I like. I plan to use this now instead of sugar.

I really had not researched it at all, so was not sure if it was good or healthy. I was intrigued at the GI #
