I have my nieces for the next few days. Last night Abby (3) ended up in the ER with Croup. The nebs and steriods seem to have done the trick and she seems fine. She doesn't have a fever, can she go to pre-school tomorrow?
I wouldn't make that decision until you see how tonight goes. Nights tend to be when the croup flares up so you never know how tonight is going to go. For us, croup never clears up that fast though it does *seem* to get better during the day and then flare up again at night so that might be it. Or it might have nipped it right away. Good luck, croup sucks.
