Thanks girls. I am sure I could call and be seen. But lets face it this is not my first tango with miscarriage so I am pretty sure this is the end. I am at peace with just letting be and calling on Monday.

It just flipping sucks so much! Especially after having a great ultrasound on Monday.

Thanks again, I did not bleed all night long and after the big clot there was only blood when I wiped. I am going to wait about 30 min to see if I start bleeding then I am going to go ahead and call in today.

I read, by googling this happens to people and some remain pregnant. I will be honest and say I am pretty sure all is over here but after reading that the least I can do to my body is call and have things checked out to at least see what the on call doctor thinks I should do.

sara - it is quite common to have what is called a"subchronic hemmorage or hematoma"

its basically a clot between the placenta and the uterus.

i have a close friend who is in her 7th week now, and she just had one last week and the baby is fine.

these can be quite large, and the amt of blood loss (plus the clot itself) can be scary.

sometimes doctors can see them on the ultrasound as well.

glad you are going in - and praying hard that this is what it is and that your bean is just fine!!!

We are about to head out. I am dropping the boys off at a friends and going over to get an ultrasound done.

Muffy, I had read on stuff like that. I sincerly hope that is it, but I passed one large clot last night.

Still no bleeding this morning. The on call doctor said it could be a number of things but obviously the only clear answer is to get an ultrasound and see what is going on.
