Another m2m post for you-I think we all have to do this because we can't FB you!!!
Anyway, do your girls eat PB&J? Have you found a good jelly or alternative that they don't turn their noses up at that doesn't have HFCS?
Also, what about ketchup? That is a staple here, and I haven't really looked, but would like to find one that doesn't have HFCS-do you know of any decent ones?

ketchup, i get trader joe's organic. ingredients = organic tomato puree, organic sugar, salt, white vinegar, organic onion powder, and organic spices.
i hear heinz has a good organic with no HFCS but i havent tried that.
jelly, i use TJs organic raspberry fruit spread (or apricot). i was just trying to type the ingredients but now my kids want to eat it :)
TJs also does an apricot preserves that is really good.
my rasp. jelly has the price on- it's $2.69. i think that's comparable.
also, if you dont go to TJs, i think polaners is non-HFCS and delish.

i should also add that the organic ketchup is SO MUCH BETTER than the other kind. seriously, it's amazing, and i typically hate ketchup. i cant believe how much better it is.
Thank you, Kelly!! We have a TJ, I just rarely go there because it isn't convenient. But for things like this, I could make a trip now and again-their prices really are so much better than elsewhere.

Yay!!!
the prices are amazing. i spend $125 a week, and i buy all organic, and that even includes steaks. mine isnt totally convenient either, but sooo worth it.

I don't think ours is as extensive as some-it is pretty small and I have heard some people who have been to them elsewhere say it isn't as good, but I do like it there for some things, and really, our bank is RIGHT next to it. (we belong to Navy Federal, so we have very few branches to our bank, lol) I am in that area sometimes. I just need to make the effort to go there.
We have a great big new Whole Paycheck as well, but I don't shop there. I can NOT believe you have to pay to park at yours!!!! I think we are getting a Fresh Market or something like that, but I have never been there.
Supa, if TJ is not an option then find a place to get organic. I shop Tj now for most everything. I buy all snack @tj now because the organic have no HFCs in them.

Kelly, I shop Tj now too for everything. The ingredients are so much better and simple. I have not bought all meat there yet, but may start. Have you had the no pudge brownies yet?

i havent tried the brownies, but it's on my list for my next trip (i'm going on tues). i cant WAIT. the steak is amazing. look for the black angus beef. it's seriously so good i cant believe the price. NO fat whatsoever. i agree on all the snackfood. we dont buy snacks anywhere else at this point. and the cereal prices!? it's like $2 for a box of cereal. the only stuff i buy anywhere else at this point is stuff like tin foil, wrap, garbage bags, etc. i love the yogurts too. they are such a great consistency. i could go on and on :)
