Lately Henry has been wanting to cook all.the.time.

It's fine by me. So far he has made:

-elbow noodles with butter and salt
-cheese toast (to go with the noodles)
-macaroni and cheese from a box
-spaghetti, including browning the meat, cooking the noodles, and warming the sauce
-garlic toast, including buttering and toasting the tray of toast
-chicken fajitas
-fish sticks, french fries, and corn on the cob
-ham steaks, brown-n-serve rolls, green beans
-breakfast for dinner one day but I can't remember what we had?? bacon, scrambled eggs, and . . . ??

He requested to make hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill but it's been too cold. Maybe this weekend.

I have a feeling that he got started on this cooking kick because I told him that whoever cooks it doesn't have to clean it after dinner.

Wow, that's awesome robin! I wonder if it will lead to him being a more adventurous eater.

There are some really good kids cookbooks. That might make a great gift for him.

We have the kids companys coming cookbook and it has lots of kids friendly recipes.

How exciting!

Raven and Henry would get along great. She is a wonderful helper. Is it a lot of work for you when he cooks? As she get older I hope her cooking is less work for me instead of more.
