If any of you are looking into getting a Bosu ball for home-Amazon has this system on sale today as their deal of the day for $87.99 (down from $199.99, though IDK what their everyday price is for it).

Target had them on sale-just the ball-for $99, so this looks like a pretty good deal.  You get the bosu, a balance bar base for it, resistance bands, air pump and a workout DVD with the system.

We have no room for this in our house, but I think it would be a great thing to have if you have room!!

I use these at the gym often. They are very versatile and you can get a great workout. Pair this with a medicine ball and it's the best ab workout I've ever done.
