I was hoping that since I have a beautiful summer siggy, maybe you would be kind and please make one more in line with the season?  I would really appreciate it.

Here are some pictures.  There are probably more than you need but thought it might be easier for you if you had some options.  Thank you so much!

Hey Libby, you are now the second sig request in the past week (sorry again Amber!) that I have had to turn down. After two system crashes and a virus, my computer finally went kaput a few days after Christmas. I had to go out a get a new system, but I haven't had a chance to load any of my graphic software or other editing goodies. And to be completely honest, I am not sure when I am going to get to it. Like I told Amber, I am going to need a good chunk of time to get everything back up and running and I just don't see it happening anytime soon. So I am officially on a siggy hiatus for the time being. Once I get everything up and running, I'll post a general notice on the board. So sorry!!

No problem Alicia.  I totally understand and appreciate all that you have done.  I hope you get it all straightened out soon, siggy making or not. smile

Believe me, I was drooling over them, but just could not justify the expense.

Totally understand, I got a macbook last year, it is $$ but it is worth it.  It lasts so much longer than a PC.  A couple of my friends still have the same macbook they have had for 8-10 years and still runs like a champ.  Plus the best thing I dont have to deal with ANY viruses!  Yayy for that =)  My PC crashed like two weeks ago and I lose everything but luckily I have a friend who is a computer tech so he retrieved all the pictures for me... I was tempted to buy a iMAC but since my computer is back alive I will use it until it dies and then get a imac.  Dang, hoped to use that excuse for a new computer hehe.... I can do with just the macbook tho!  I love it.

Mac is apple computer/laptop  iMac, macbook, macbookpro, macbook air, etc... you get the idea.

I am not a computer genius so I dont know HOW the viruses doesn't get to Macs but that's a fact I have gotten from people that work in the computer field.  However, there are always pros and cons to both.  Like PC works really well for gaming (intel and some other stuff... Like I said, I dont know the lingos they use for computer LOL).  Apple is best for graphics, pictures, etc...

Plus I love mac's structure and it's just soooooooo smooth and efficient compared to a PC.  We have a PC and a netbook here as well.  We use all but the Mac gets used the most.  It's just hard to explain.  I never thought about it until I laid my hands on a macbook from a friend and fell in love with it.... hard for me to love a PC again LOL  You can download windows onto a Mac so you can have both OS on a mac which is a bonus.  Because so many programs are only windows compatible.

I know I am not making any sense.... I dont know how to say it right I'm sure someone will chime in that knows all the computer crap. LOL

Don't quote me but I think it's because MAC uses a different operating system whereas most PC's use Windows and windows is notorious for viruses and the like.

I have to second that I LOVE macs. We have a mac mini and I adore it. Used to have a macbook until we ran it into the ground. I love love loved it!!! They are a lot more expensive but I do think they are worth it.

Tiff is right - they aren't good for gaming but they are great for things like movie editing, graphic developers, etc. The interface is a bit different but I got used to it quickly.

We never had a single problem - virus, crash, anything with ours. But before we got it and had a PC running Windows we had crap happen all the time.
