I am not looking forward to Hannah's break being over and her going back to school Monday. We've all been sleeping in so late. Back to getting up at 0715 to get to school does not sound fun.

Sonya i'm jealous of your blizzard. When your unblizzarded if you end up in Target or anywhere similar like that would you keep an eye out for a pet shop for me? It's the purple ant :D

Absolutely. I'll keep my eyes out for it.

wtf?

There's a purple ant?

Okay, can you just message me about where you are hanging so we can geek out on this info together? lmao

hahahaha! Yep I love the cruiser! Saw it in person at wal-mart last night. Super cute. It stinks because Christmas is over and her birthday isn't until July... I know we have Vday and Easter but those are not super huge toy holidays LMAO. We are starting a new responsibility chart however and there will be special prizes so those will probably be LPS. I'm at a loss for what i'll do if she decides LPS are no longer cool????

lmao

Joe asked me a few weeks ago if I though we should start doing a little gift at Valentine's Day, just to have a little extra to look forward to doing for Hannah between Christmas and Easter.

I nearly nutted myself.

I already have planned out in my head a few tiny things (probably a lps, and a Cahootie, and some small candy) - but I think the cruiser will need to be in her Easter basket (we usually do one toy with all the smaller stuff.)

Yeah, I will cry when we get past the lps phase. It's mega fun.

Wow. I used to really really really love winter storms until the last massive one we had when we lost power for 48 hours and I almost died. I hope your power stays on. I do kind of wish I was over there visiting you though... I love me a good blizzard!!

Is that a regional thing? We'll keep an eye out too. Those a huge hit in our house! I'll ask DH if he happened across one today while they were out. He picked up a birthday gift for our friends' daughter. She's 5 on the  4th.

Colin picked out the ladybug for her!!

I don't know that they are regional... but they have not been seen in the US yet as far as I know. I have heard they are in Canada from a few people. It's a brand new special edition pet super cute little bugger. I do know some regions seem to get way more and better selection on some of the products. LPS are SO fun!

I'm home alone for the first time(not including school days) since I was pregnant with Raven. For the first time ever Ray went with Raven without me. I told Stephen to make sure he checked to see she was in her carseat right. Something Ray has never done either. They went to my brother's house to hang out and I didn't want to go. Not sure what to do now. I want to clean up but that seems so wrong.LOL

my brother's flight just cancelled because of the weather. they are at the airport and i'm hoping they'll take the shuttle to the hotel next door to us and stay here tonight. i'm disappointed for them that they don't get a day at home before they have to go back to work but selfishly, I'd really like to see them again tonight.
