Any fun ideas for tonight?

It's just going to be the 3 of us tonight.  I would love to plan something fun but I just can't come up with anything!

Any good ideas on fun things to eat?  Games to play?

We'll probably watch the new Tinkerbell movie while we are eating dinner.  That in itself makes it a bit fun and special since we only have "dinner in front of the TV night" once in a while.  That still makes it only a normal special night, iykwim, instead of a "Woohoo!  Whoop it up!  It's NYE!!" kind of night.  LOL

I was thinking pizza fondue (just a bowl of meat sauce with diced bread and cheese to dip in).  Meghan thinks it's a great idea but I know Mike really isn't going to want that (he's still sleeping).

Looking for some fun ideas please!!  popcorn.gif

We are doing all appitiezers for dinner. I have some cheese and crackers, tostitos with cheese, salsa and sour cream, bagel bites, taquitos and egg rolls, and some black bean and corn dip.(wow! That's waaaay too much food for us!) Oh and M2 picked out a small coconut cake for desert.

As far as games, M2 got a bunch for Christmas, plus my parents got us the wii, so we will be playing those and his arcade basketball. Maybe a movie if he gets bored or tired.

We also bought some sparkling white grape juice, noise makers and party hats, and we hope to bring in the new year!! He saw it on an episode of Max and Ruby, so he's really excited to do that. (I'm making him take a nap today!!)

He is really excited.

It will be us and Doug's parents here. Just a fun night in. We are going to have the Wii going, some board games and some fun foods. I am doing egg rolls, hot wings and some fruit and veggie platters. Then we will also have a movie we can watch. Nothing spectacular but a fun family night.

We are super lame and have nothing planned.  We will get back 8-ish from the inlaws.  We need to drop off all our holiday decorations to the barn for storage.  Other than stopping at the store to pick up batteries and milk for the big storm we are getting through the weeken, a big fat nothing.

(Pizza fondue sounds fantastic though.  Making a menatl note of that for some other event)

I don't know! Well, they probably would I am just debating whether I should let them. Owen doesn't tend to catch up on sleep when he goes to bed late but Gavin does. With all the excitement I won't push bedtime but maybe if we watch a movie they might fall asleep.

I bet they do make it! If they do I'll take 'em outside and let them be super loud. :D

I know M2 never catches up on his sleep either, but I will make him take a nap today and tomorrow. I'm going to let him stay up until midnight. I think he'll make it, but we'll see. I'll probably regret that decision tomorrow!
