Juliette actually has a Barbie one that she loves. It asks her to find letters (like vowels, or missing letters in a word) and different number things. I never thought I would be one to like toys like that, but she loves it. She will sit on her bed, and I hear her interacting with it.

Or does she want something with fast internet access, lol!

She has that Barbie one too.

She loves it.

Sometimes she takes it in the car and I curse the maker of it because it has no volume control and no headphone outlet.

What is your favorite chick flick and why?

HARD question.

My friend and I were just talking the other day about My Life.

Saddest movie EVER but definitely one of my favorites.

Steel Magnolias

The Holiday

Beaches

Fried Green Tomatoes

Muriel's Wedding

The Bridges of Madison County

Oh did you say just one? ;)

Wow. Our tastes really are so similar. I just recently watched My Life (its on netflix watch it now.) I balled through pretty much the entire thing. I loved it but wondered why I do that to myself. I love all that you listed except for the holiday, muriel's wedding and madison county - but only b/c I've never seen them. Adding them to netflix!

I just ran out to the house to get the christmas stuff.

I loaded up the car with more crap. Blah. How do we gather so much stuff?

I also checked 3 different stores for LPS for Amber - no luck at all.

But I did get a LPS and a My little pony advent calender for the kids - I'll give the LPS one to Charlie and the other to Jo. I was looking for the playmobile one we had last year but i can't find it anywhere. I hope Charlie likes the LPS one. It's a bit girly but I think he'll still like it.

Sonya you are so funny! I love that you are helping me look! That's awesome that you found the calendars, we didn't get those in stores here :( I had to order it off Hasbro and now they are all out so a lot of my LPS friends are sad. LOL! I think Charlie will like the LPS one!

Oh goody. Tell me how you like them all.

The Holiday is total fluff but Jude Law is delicious and I never liked him before I saw it.

Re: My Life. I cry from the first credits to the last.

Especially now that I've seen it so many times and I know exactly what's coming.

SUCH a good movie. They were both awesome and I'm not a fan of hers.

Count me in on the jealousy, lol! I didn't think about getting one until I saw it online, and of course, by then it was long gone. Next year, though!

In answer to the question, I adore The Notebook, but my all around fave chick flicks are Reese Witherspoon movies. I've got it bad for her, lol. Sweet Home Alabama, Legally Blond, etc. Love, love, love her. In fact, I may put Sweet Home Alabama in right now, lol.

I'd be happy to pick one up for you for next year. I think 7 bucks is a good price?

We have the LPS ones this year (mil brought them back from France, so they are completely in French).

The gals love them, but today was the first non-chocolate day (there are 3 "surprise" days). Juliette was crushed!

She opened the little box, and it had little paper coins with a bunch of LPS figures on them, and she actually started crying.

She kept saying "but it's not chocolate." i felt so sad for her, but it was a little funny, too!

I may be PMing you in a few days to hook me up!!!

Gotta love the week between pay weeks around Christmas, lol.
