I am a super Keurig fan. Things I love- making hot chocolate, getting hot water (for oatmeal or hot chocolate not from a k-cup - just run one cycle without any k-cup first so you dont have coffee/hot cholocate flavored water), the fact that we can offer our guests a selection of their choice of flavored coffee, tea, dark coffee, etc. without making a whole pot.

I got Kyle the premium one last Christmas and we have loved it all year. We try and buy the kcups at BBB with a $5 off or %20 off coupon, or watch for deals from amazon, or even kohls. Even at about .45 cents a cup, it is cheaper to drink one or tow or three a day than to hit Strbucks. We like the Dunkin Donuts for our everyday stuff, and then we experiement with getting lots of different kinds. I like the rainforest espresso which reminds me of a cafe americano from sbux.

So, about a month ago, it stopped working! We were irritated and bummed and felt a bit ripped off. In fact, I think I avoided this thread because of it. BUT - I ended up calling Keurig, they ran us through some simple problem solving steps (about 5 min worth) still nothing. SO they replaced it. They had our info on the system from when we got a mail in rebate for kcups when we bought it about 11 months ago. All we had to do was return the kcup insert, so, we didnt even have to ship back the old one.

Long story short is I was super impressed with the customer service.

* Have you guys seen the flavored coffeemates at the grocery stores for the holidays? gingerbread, eggnog, apple cinnamon and pumpkin spice? I am in heaven.

Well, hmm. I cant get on MS from work.  Which is a good thing for work. lol. Im working a ton, trying to stay on track and make partner eventually. The economy  (and all the layoffs of lawyers) have all the associates at my firm scrambling, whcih means they are all billing a ton! and its hard to keep up. boo.

I ran the 1/2 marathon with Tex an Dorian. It was so great to see them and hang out and I really needed it. I almost didnt go because I have been dealing with a foot issue (morton's nueroma) that has been keeping me from running much or working out. Okay, thats an excuse. I have not been working out and I am at my highest non-preggo weight. Im so bummed and really feel a bit hopeless about the whole thing since I have been entirely unsucessful at losing weight since Rhys. (Is there a new weigh lost thread? Is it cocktail? Im not a premium, maybe I need to get it?)

That may be because he is a crappy sleeper.  A great snuggler, so, he hates sleeping alone. For those who saw my FB update, he is in a toddler bed cause he was throwing himself out of his crib. He gets up at midnight and at around 4:30.  So, we never have full nights sleep. With that, and my working and injury, I just havent had time to work out and my eating sucks.

Um, K and R are great.  They are so super cute. Rhys is just now starting to say words (I have been a little worried about him) but this weekend he busted out a few new ones, duck, ballon, book, so, I know he is getting ready to amke huge leaps. Kiera loves him to death and the best thing is when I catch her calling him "honey." lol. until he pulls her hair....

Kyle is still hoping something (his biz, a job) comes together soon. I think we are going to sell our house this year, we just cant do it anymore. Its hard to think about and denial is the chosen coping method, so we'll see.

Anyways, this post sounds depressing. But, Im hoping 2011 is our best year ever. 2010 is going to be tough. lol.
