Yeah-it is the Italian mac and cheese I posted-and Corey is right-it is Giada's recipe.
Let me see if it is on this computer...
I don't. But I know April has it, and Dorian probably does too. It is bathtime here, but if no one has posted it by the time I get back, I will dig it out...
I'm in the car heading home but if you need it asap you should be able to find it on foodtv.com under Italian mac n cheese. You can even search recipes just by giada.

I don't usually add the ham, but have and it is good with that. Also, I have always bought the cheeses seperately, but I know D (and you too, April?) have gotten the Italian cheese blend that is already grated and said it worked out well too. I know the cheeses can be pricey. It is TOTALLY yum though-and I may have to make this soon because I haven't in so long.
I wonder if my children will like it or turn their noses up at it because it isn't orange...

i don't add the ham either.
and i usually buy the bag of italian cheeses b/c buying them separately is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive.
if you want to jazz it up, buy the bag and then buy a small block of fontina- that's the star anyway.
