Its a good phone! It was DH's work phone before he was laid off. #$#%^%^ I miss playing on it. The keys are a little small but you adjust to it in no time. Its easy to use. I had no issues with it. I spent more time on it than DH did when he was home. He had the laptop and I had the phone.
I miss that phone.
Right now I have a Samsung Gravity. I'd gladly trade for the Curve if I hadn't of just bought the Gravity! LOL. I somehow don't think DH would approve of that.
Our friends (married couple) have matching Curves. They like them a lot.
John has this phone. He likes it though he is really wanting the Blackberry Tour now just because of different things it can do, and just a new toy to tinker with. It is not happening until he is due for an upgrade though.
i was eligible for an upgrade (even though my Palm Centro is less than a year old)...BOGO Curve...so for $150 Don and I ended up getting them.
So far I really like it...except that i keep tapping the screen bc I'm so used to the touchscreen on my Palm LOL
Since the keys on the Palm are small it's ot much of an adjustment for me, but Don---LOL poor guy, he'll get it all figured out right about the time one of us is ready for another upgrade. Bc of his job though he bought the Otter Skin to protect his...make it feel like a brick LOL
ETA...Don's daughter D'Anne has the Gravity and HATES it...she had a Palm Treo previously. Have you seen the Motorola CLIQ? Thats what she wants for her next upgrade.

The CLIQ looks just like the Gravity IMO. Or at least in the commercials. I haven't seen one in person. I like the slide function. I've done the flip phone business. I wanted something different. And I didn't like the Sidekick or the EnV. Plus I liked the colors!
I did not like any of the touch screens. They tried hard at T*Mobile to get me into one. I know its their job to sell the big phones but I didn't like them. I played with the sales guy's phone and I just didn't like it. I hate the concept of getting the screen all grimy. That would drive me crazy! LOL
But I like my Gravity. Its simple which is what I require in a phone. That's all I want out of my cellphone- simple phone with simple functions that doesn't require me using the manual to figure out. I don't want a phone that can tell me where I'm going and that has a thousand different apps. That would drive me nuts. No. I have a laptop for that. I don't need this tiny little screen to give me even more migraines. LOL
That being said- if DH ever gets a job that has another Blackberry- I'm running away and hiding in the bathroom with it. LOL
I have had mine for a year. It's a nice phone. I like it, but can't say I love it.
I do not like that the numbers are so tiny. Hard to dial and I frequently hit wrong buttons and have to start over.
The internet feature is fun, but not a must have for me.
I do use the calendar and alarm clock feature frequently.
It seems to be pretty durable. I have dropped it several times (I have a hard cover case) and only once the ball popped out, but they fixed that easily at Verizon.
