no naps - she dropped them during potty training.
i tried reinstating them, but it didnt take.
she sleeps from 8pm - 7am, which i dont feel is enough sleep...but...she's not changing.

I would totally do naps still if Allie would allow for it. I do make her rest on the weekend. At school they have to rest for 45 at least and sometimes she will sleep, but it is hit or miss.

Allie goes to bed between 7:30-8:00 and is up by 7.



yeah cara only naps about 45 min a day, and it has to be in the car.  i have to sit out there with my iphone or knitting.  :shoothead

nope, stopped napping 2 1/2 yrs ago disbelief but he does sleep from 9pm till 8am on most days.
