So, how did it go?  Did you meet your goals?  What were your challenges?  What goal will you set your self for the week ahead?

We don't have our private folder up yet, so for now, just list your change.

Change from last week:   +/-
Overall change:  (will be the same as above this week, future weeks will be different)

I weigh in at noon for weight watchers, so I'll be back after lunch!  Sorry this got posted a little later than I would have liked, it has been a zoo here today.

I will let you know tomorrow! I need to buy new batteries on my scale. I didn't do great with my specific goals but I have been doing better at not eating SO much. I will post once I get the batteries in there. :)

I didn't take a picture yet but I was down 2 lbs.

I don't really think it is really down, really since AF was about to start last week.

I really need to get serious about this.

I'm going to use this weeks weight as my starting point. I'll get a pic tomorrow.

I am confused on what I need to do for this in terms of here.

I started the week great and was tracking everything. This weekend was not so great with Mia's birthday and AF is here and I am eating the kitchen sink and moody as all hell.

I am the same. No up or down.

I did not do good on drinking my water.

Committing is the hardest part, isn't it.  I'm always pumped when I leave my WW meeting that THIS week I am going to do better.  Than my resolve weakens. 

Are you lurking on this post?  There aren't strict guidelines like past biggest losers, hop on the bandwagon.  I'm move my fat arse over and make room for you!  Let's face the holidays head on!  Step on a scale, write down your weight for yourself, and simply post an "I'm in!" Pictures are optional and will only be posted once our private folder gets going.

We are only posting our change here in the public folder, hoping our private folder is up soon.

So, you would post

Change since Last week  (plus or minus whatever the weight)
Change during Challenge  (this is the same this week since we are only on week two.  In future weeks your overall weight change might be -4 pounds)

I'm happy with that!

Goals for this week:
*Exercise three times
*One Nalgene bottle of water each day
*no eating after 8pm

i am -.5 from last week.  i'm happy with that because i have not been able to exercise because i'm working on a christmas play for school.

based on that i need to get my act together for next week.  i can only walk or do some of the wii fit exercise because of my back surgery.

goal:
do at least three days of exercise.

 No shame... it is a whole new week!  Who cares about last week, this upcoming week loos healthier already!

I have been sick so I haven't even stepped on the scale. nor have I done any exercise :bag

So first I have to confess that I didn't actually weigh myself last Wednesday-I kept forgetting, but did it on Friday.  Couple that with the fact that AF is just starting and I feel like I have gained 10 pounds, and I did not have high expectations this morning.

So I am -1 pound, which I guess all things considered isn't too bad.

However, I didn't manage to walk on the treadmill like I had hoped.  I haven't been sitting still at.all. but I have been spending naptime frantically cleaning the house and getting food bought and prepared for Kate's party this weekend.  I am exhausted, and I still have so much to do. (no wonder Bill thinks it is so much easier having parties at our house-he doesn't do any of the pre-party work!!!!

So next week, there are no excuses.  The party will be over, and I WILL get those treadmill sessions in!

I need to think of a new goal for this coming week as well-but I will have to come back to that...

I have no change.

I'm getting really frustrated. I have been working out almost everyday for the last three weeks and have been eating right, but haven't lost 1 single pound. Ugh! I don't know what else I can do.


My goals this week are to continue to exercise!
