I will let you know tomorrow! I need to buy new batteries on my scale. I didn't do great with my specific goals but I have been doing better at not eating SO much. I will post once I get the batteries in there. :)

I started the week great and was tracking everything. This weekend was not so great with Mia's birthday and AF is here and I am eating the kitchen sink and moody as all hell.
Committing is the hardest part, isn't it. I'm always pumped when I leave my WW meeting that THIS week I am going to do better. Than my resolve weakens.

So first I have to confess that I didn't actually weigh myself last Wednesday-I kept forgetting, but did it on Friday. Couple that with the fact that AF is just starting and I feel like I have gained 10 pounds, and I did not have high expectations this morning.
So I am -1 pound, which I guess all things considered isn't too bad.
However, I didn't manage to walk on the treadmill like I had hoped. I haven't been sitting still at.all. but I have been spending naptime frantically cleaning the house and getting food bought and prepared for Kate's party this weekend. I am exhausted, and I still have so much to do. (no wonder Bill thinks it is so much easier having parties at our house-he doesn't do any of the pre-party work!!!!
So next week, there are no excuses. The party will be over, and I WILL get those treadmill sessions in!
I need to think of a new goal for this coming week as well-but I will have to come back to that...

I'm getting really frustrated. I have been working out almost everyday for the last three weeks and have been eating right, but haven't lost 1 single pound. Ugh! I don't know what else I can do.
