So I ordered calendars, ornaments and my christmas cards from Snapfish this year.
When I received my calendars it had a change of address sticker on it. I had forgot to change our  address, well it was our address like 2 houses ago (abut 6 months or so).

Anyway I figured since that got routed to me than the ornaments amd cards should as well. After a week they didnt show.

I emailed customer service and they are reshipping my order with 2nd day shipping at NO CHARGE. For MY mistake.

I just wanted to sing their praises.

Thats awesome. Its always nice when they have exceptional customer service! Can't wait to hear how the oranaments and such turned out. : )
