heard the heartbeat today! (10w 1d)

Had my first appt with the OB today.  Everything went well, and I even got to hear the heartbeat!  heart.gif  She warned me that it might be a bit early to find it and not to worry, but she was able to find it right away, and it was beating strongly.

The NT scan will be scheduled for sometime next week, and then I'll see the OB again in about 4 weeks, just before we move.  Things are moving along. smile

I love hearing the hearbeat, it's so reassuring. I was even able to record it for Dom since he couldn't be there. I have a short little 10 second clip to listen to anytime I want now. :)

Now, you are moving?  You did sell your house? When, how did I miss this - you and I are connected on so many social levels biggrin biggrin biggrin and I still missed the fact that your house sold?!

Kris - you didn't miss anything. smile the house has not sold yet.  we're going to leave it on the market here and move anyway so I can get established with a new doc and all that.  we'll be living with Dom's sister until we sell our house and can get our own.  we thought about staying here until after baby's born, but we didn't want to delay the move any longer.

and you know I resigned, right?  my last day is this Friday!  starting next month I'll be home with the boys full-time (their last day at school is the end of Nov)
