How good of friends are you? Honestly, I would tell her how much it would mean to you to go out with a nice guy and that you just don't understand her hang up with it.

WTF let me have fun with a decent guy, I know I should just avoid extra drama but really WTF

She needs to get over it and you need to have some fun.

My sister divorced her POS after 24 year of marriage. She hasn't actually dated yet but joined the church single group and is having fun. Its been easy for her to move on since her marriage was bad for a long time.
