Saturday night we bought a Wii. We are getting the Wii Fit for us but are wondering about games for Elizabeth. We bought the Disney Princess one, but it's not quite as easy as I thought it would be. Are there any pretty easy games out there that your kids like? Before I start buying them, I would like to at least know that it's a game most kids like to play.
We have a Diego one that Mark can play easily, and he really likes it. I just had to show him the first time how to hold the remote and what actions to do.
Funny story--there is a part where Diego was supposed to jump and we couldn't figure out what to press on the remote to get him to jump. Then Mark jumped. And Diego jumped. Duh.
We got Toy Story for K for xmas. We did the ride at Disney, and it was so fun, Im hoping its as fun!
Kyle and Kiera looove playing Super Mario Glaxy. Kyle plays as Super Mario or Luigi, and Kiera can hold the other wiimote and collect stars/lifes as they go along. IT was a long game with lots of content. The new Super Mario is supposed to support more than one person playing at the same time, so Kyle is getting that one for xmas as well.
We rented Cooking mama and Kiera really liked that. It was cute, lots of chopping, cutting, pouring, etc.
We have Carnival Games and love it.... super fun for everyone, Hannah included. I've heard good things about Shrek's Carnival (we got it for the ds for Hannah for Christmas, but don't have it for the Wii) and Kai-Lan's Game Day, too.
