We have some leftovers to have tomorrow, because Monday nights we have ballet (Kate started tomorrow-yay!!) and I can't be home to cook because of the time.

Tuesday we are having this Kung Po Shrimp recipe-it uses ramen noodles (not the seasoning packet, just the noodles). It is a new recipe, so we will see how it turns out.

Wednesday I am making a kid friendly meal-chicken tenders (I bread and pan fry in EVOO), risotto and steamed veggies.

Thursday will be leftover night.

Friday is pizza night.

We didn't plan the weekend yet. I need to and I am lacking in inspiration!!

So far I only have Monday. I need to go to the grocery store tomorrow so I need to get planning. I've been so bad about it lately and I've just been going to the grocery store every few days and we've been eating a ton of takeout... which is so bad for our budget. I need to get back to clipping coupons and planning!!! Anyway

Monday: Pork chops, green beans, and herb and butter rice

Basil Chicken over Angelhair Pasta

Braised Balsamic Chicken (yes, 2 chicken dishes in one week - I'm not very inspired this week, and chicken breasts were on sale for $1.77/lb, LOL)
