Anyone have/use a light therapy light?

Ok, that was a redundant title.

This lack of light is already killing me this year.  my mood is blah now that it is nearly dark by dinner.  With the clocks going back, we are quickly going to be at that time of year where it is dark before work and after work- not a lot of light in between.

I was on the fence last year on getting one, but really considering it this year.  I've known some people who say they make a huge difference.  I know the counseling centers at both campuses I work with use these with students.  This is what I'm talking about

This is why Amazon gets so much of my money.  Too easy to buy when they remember your card number and you just click BUY!  Merry Christmas to me I guess ;)

I'll let you know how it works :)

Here in Michigan light therapy is huge. I mean it gets dark and dreary and for a long time. My old boss had a special light on his desk for it.

Many dr. prescribe it here for depression.

I hope it helps. I should look into getting one. I did not open your link to see how much it was. I had thought they were expensive?

The ones with good reviews seem to be $120-$150.  If it helps me out all winter, totally worth the investment.  Also thinking ahead that we are hoping for a winter baby next year, I can just imagine post partum when I already get a winter funk.
