My parents just left taking my brother to rehab. He's scared, nervous, and was crying pretty much all morning. I prayed with him, and encouraged him that he could totally do this and would come out a better man for it.
I hope they do okay with dropping him off--I know it'll be hard, especially for mom.
And to top it all off Kenley has 101.1 temp. She's not acting like she feels bad though, but I made her an appoinment for the morning to make sure it's not her ears or something.
I am so sorry that all of you are going through this. Despite this being so very trying, it really does sound like this may be the opportunity your brother needs. Sometimes some of the hardest things we face end up being some of our greatest accomplishments. I will continue to pray for your brother, you, and your family.
I hope Kenley gets over that fever fast too. I will stick a prayer in for her too.
Ugh, my co-workers daugher was just confirmed with h1n1. And his wife.
I'm glad I'm working at home this week.
I am having many many anxiety attacks. many many.
we are supposed to be going to San Francisco next week.
freaking out. i'm scared the kids will get sick while we are gone.
I hope you stay healthy!
Are you going with work and/or your dh? It sounds like fun.
I can't help it but every time I hear San Francisco I think of Rice-a-roni, the San Francisco treat. Yes, I am old and probably the only one that remembers that commercial.

mike has a conference - he is giving a paper - but it's a 1 afternoon thing for him. We leave on Thursday, get to San Fran by 2ish. Then we have Friday and Saturday and take the red-eye home on Saturday night.
Sonya taking the red eye flight can be rough but I bet you have a good time. Are you planning on doing anything in particular while you are there? Well, I am guessing that you might sleep all night, but I meant in the actual city.
I'm trying to decide what to make for dinner tonight. I want E to eat so at the moment I am thinking about making eggs and sausage and/or waffles. She has a sore throat and that pesky fever is still sticking around. Can you tell I am going stir crazy?
I feel so bloated. I think AF is coming. Knowing my luck she'll be a week late....But I've been biting heads off and grumbly so I know she's going to rear her ugly head. I have no appetite. Its the freaking Topamax. I so don't want to eat on it.
I get my phone back on tonight! MIL has been behaving herself so I'm going to revamp my plan- get more minutes, add texting, and hopefully use my feminine wiles to wiggle in a new phone.
