My favorite decoration is no longer with us giggle.gif  When I was little we had a star on top of our tree that had a light bulb inside.  Over the light bulb was this little tube with different colored film.  The star itself was shaped kind of like a ball with priszims so that when the lights would show through and move.  It was so cool because we had a big sliding glass door that looked out onto the yard, and when it snowed it would shine way out into the yard and make a pretty rotating light show.  I would love to be able to find one now.  I had it for awhile, but it was so old it bit the dust.

If I have to pick one for right now, I would have to say it's my Christmas tree.  I love looking at it.

Glad they are doing better.  Elizabeth is slowly getting there.  She did pretty well during the day yesterday but the fever came back pretty good last night.  She seems okay this morning other than a sore throat.  She is going to be cranky once this is over and she is no longer able to have Popsicles for breakfast. giggle.gif

hmmmm I cant think of a fav decoration but I can tell you the one I HATE the most. when we were growing up my mom had this elf doll her grandma gave or made her right before she died. It had loooong legs that bent up and her arms fit around it so she was hugging them. ANyway my mom loved to put it on the tree every year, but it was hideous so me and my sister would always hide it in the back.

I can not believe Mia is going to be one!!!

Shocking!

Tell me about it. I am getting a bit weird about it. If you had asked me the first 5 months I would have said I could not wait. However, she is such fun now I just want to freeze time.

I'm so happy to see this.

you had a rough go the first several months!

now, you get rewarded heart.gif

Good morning!

Because I am becoming holiday obsessed, I have a question:

What is your favorite holiday decoration?

Melissa, where did the time go?  I seems like you just had Mia?

Sonya have you ever driven any construction equipment?

Sappy how are your kiddos doing now?

Jenn, how is that baby girl of yours doing?

Hi!

My favorite Christmas decoration is the Christmas tree with the lights on.

I love sparkly lights.

Both my kids are home today.

I finally broke down and took Mark to the doctor. Ear infection.

Hopefully the Zithromax will knock it out quickly.

Henry just has a cold.

Someone here just reminded me--on the way home from the doctor, Mark was laughing about something.

I said, "What's so funny?"

He said, "Bubbles are coming out of my snot holes!"

They left the digger out there all by itself.

do you think they would notice if I drove it? I'm sure I can figure it out.

About ten years ago, my students stole one on campus on a friday night and it all ended with a slow speed chase down the mall of campus.  Great newspaper article.

My babysitter bailed today so Travis and I are juggling the kids.

Koda has a 100 fever, Tristen 99.5.  Too low to be Swine-09 as my students call it.  Just enough to make it so Koda can't go to school tomorrow.

My parents just left taking my brother to rehab.  He's scared, nervous, and was crying pretty much all morning.  cry  I prayed with him, and encouraged him that he could totally do this and would come out a better man for it.

I hope they do okay with dropping him off--I know it'll be hard, especially for mom.

And to top it all off Kenley has 101.1 temp.  She's not acting like she feels bad though, but I made her an appoinment for the morning to make sure it's not her ears or something.

I have no idea what's going on with anyone but it looks your family could use prayers so you got 'em.
