Dog won't go outside when it's raining.

I don't know what to do with her.  She has usually peed by 7am and it's 10 and she hasn't gone yet.  I tried taking her out on a leash in the front with the umbrella and all she did was pull on the leash trying to get to the front door.  I've tried taking her out back(fenced in yard) and she stays on the porch.  I picked her up and took her to her bathroom area and she ran back to the porch.  I tried taking her out multiple time this morning and since she hasn't gone yet I put her in her cage.  I hate doing that but she will go on the floor.   She is great about doing her business outside except when it is raining.  Does anyone have an idea what I should do next?

Have you tried treats?  Maybe take her where she needs to go and feed her a little and tell her go potty or whatever you say.

Or you could be mean like me and leave her sitting on the porch until you see her get up and go.

Ray said I should do that.  I would but I think we would be standing there all day.  She finally went at 6pm and it wasn't raining.  She is so good with going to the bathroom outside, without rain, that I hate that this is such a problem.  She isn't really a treat dog or we haven't found a treat she goes crazy for.  I hope she doesn't mind the cold because that could become a problem also.

if you go to caesars website or look up forums for caesar, there are tips on those kind of things.

Caesar Milan (the dog whisperer- if you didnt catch that)

He is seriously the best, I've learned so much from him and his tv shows as well.  My dogs are sooooo much better now they didnt have very much issues but the ones that we had were ones that drove me crazy and now i've nixed it and thanks to caesar!.  And ironically I use his techniques on people as well (not everything obviously but like emotions and vibes, etc)

Thanks.  Never heard of him.  He has a great website.  There are a few minor things we could work on that he has some good tips for.
