I am obsessed with cowlneck sweaters.

I got a few last year, and I love that they can be dressed up (I wore one to a Christmas party last year) or dressed down (I wore the same one tonight to Hannah's soccer pizza party with casual pants)

I'm a super frugal shopper when it comes to things for myself. I think all of mine are from Kohl's, although I've seen some really cute one's at NY&Co., and Faith21 (forever21 for girls with junk in the trunk, and everywhere else... so I'm sure Forever21 has them too.)

i went to bloomingdales this weekend for their presale. i SCORED.
i got a bunch of long sleeve shirts with funky patterns on them, some thermal, some not..i got a pair of expensive jeans (very) for 65% off...
i got two cashmere cableknit sweaters (purple and gray) for megasale...
and i got a fun teeshirt.
i also recently bought two longsleeved dresses to wear with boots for work (i think they are meant to be tunics, but i'm shooooooort so they are just above my knee).
and i bought a few pairs of yoga pants too, whcih i fully plan to wear on an everyday basis this year.

(also, i'm so sorry about the kitty liz...i have limited time right now to go back and respond to both - dont beat yourself up ok? could have happened to ANYONE).

I am reading this because I am trying to get past my usual mommy uniform.  I love sweaters, but seem to have trouble finding ones that hit the right way.

I wear the same thing everyday.  Blue polo with my departments logo, and khakis.

Boring.

Yet, I don't have to.  I choose to becaue honestly it is easier and saves me money.

If I was to go shopping and wasn't being ridiculously frugal, I would pretty much buy out the LL Bean catalog.  I love the feel of the fleece lined hoodies.  Love the fall colors.  And ADORE that the look isn't set in any season so pretty much you can wear it forever.  While the quality isn't quite what it was from my childhood, it is still pretty awesome.  So that would get my vote.

Maybe someday I'll spend on me :)
