I put the girls in time out at the same time earlier today. Anna was being mean to Kate, as usual, and Kate was throwing a hissy over it, as usual. I got fed up with both of them and told them that until they learn to 1) get along and share things together and 2) use words to try and work out problems instead of screaming and crying, they will be going to time out everytime they have problems. Thankfully they straightened up and e didn't have any other problems. But I will do it. IDC if they spend their entire lives in time out.
Not much else is new here. We went to pizza night and we were the only ones there tonight. Joe is the only other one who is always there, but he was busy, so it isn't like it is usually a huge crowd or something.
Anyway, my MIL made some red pepper soup to use up produce, and it was yummy. That plus corn and I didn't even need the pizza!!!!
I ran a load of whites before we left for the farm. When I came home, I went to put them in the dryer and they were just sitting there in the water.
The cycle had completed. Yikes. So I ran a short rinse cycle, but it took two tries to get it to start up. I seriously hope our washer doesn't give out. I hate our washer and dryer, but I want them to last until we leave here, and it isn't looking good. Blah. (they were here when we moved in, so they are OLD)
I remember once that Lauren (do you remember her?) said her OB told her to go on the duct tape diet and she was supa upset.
That is mega rude.
IDT I ever had anyone say much of anything, and I started off heavy to begin with!!! Granted I didn't pack on a ton (23lbs with Anna and 21lbs with Kate), but that isn't really the point. With starting out fat, I could have gained nothing and still had a healthy baby, I am sure. I took the weight off easily both times, thankfully. Too bad I stalled after that and didn't take off more!
