I'm always on FB but I spend time here. In fact- I have one tab open that is YoVille, one tab open that is MS, and one tab open that is a craft spot.

It took me two and a half hours to clean the house. And that is with Colin's help. He cleaned his room, my room, and the living room with me including rounding up trash, dirty clothes, and vacuuming his room by himself. He did it so that he could play Fish Life on FB (his game on my account- I turn my chat off and that's it) and for $5 Star Bucks. Not the drinks- but Star Bucks/Cash. They are actually called Chore Bucks but b/c it has a star on it he calls them Star Bucks. He got $1 Star Bucks for writing his name all by himself! His C is backwards but I'll live. And now he earned $5 Star Bucks for chores.

After I look at that, I click on "Facebook" at the top, then "Status Updates".

I scroll down through those to see if anybody posted anything comment-worthy, then I go back to my profile.

Then I go somewhere else.

So now you know my system.

I love Fall Break in October!

I'm getting excited.

Mark helped me pack our suitcase this morning.

I'll have to unpack and repack tonight/tomorrow but that's okay.

He got out clothes (including underwear, pj's, and swimsuits) for both himself and Henry so he was helpful.

He also picked out some t-shirts for me.

I'll be changing out the clothes he added for me plus he didn't pack me any pants.

Also I want to take lots of pictures and the background will be the focal point so I want the boys in plain-ish shirts so I'll have to look through what Mark picked.

I went to the store a few minutes ago to get some junk-food, bribe snacks (fun-size m&m's, fun-size 3 Musketeers, Starbursts), and instant oatmeal to take on our trip.

I'm planning to have picnics for at least one meal per day, free continental breakfasts, and just eat out for one meal each day.

But I just now spent $15 on junk so I'm thinking we could have gone to eat at McD's for the same amount of money and probably would have eaten less junk.

Oh, well.

I looked at some pictures of the hotel's guest rooms online, and there was a refrigerator and microwave.

Since that would completely change the food items I'd bring, I called to ask if all the rooms had those.

Nope, just the "special" rooms like suites.

I am the same as Kris-I read the news feed and move on. I got a virus from one of the apps, so I don't bother anymore. I decided I don't really care that much how many of my friends are single or taken, or how well I know various 80's movies, lol.

I miss everyone posting here regularly. It's like half of my friends went and found something better to do, kwim???

At least those of us who still post often seriously rock!!!! biggrin

Btw, Jenn-I hope your mom's surgeries goes smoothly. My fil had one dne, and he said he isn't as happy as he had expected with the results. BUT I can GUARANTEE you he didn't do all the work he was supposed to in PT, and that makes a HUGE difference.

Jennifer, I hope you don't need surgery!! Ouch!!!!

my son is a HUGE Yankees fan!

I love hearing him chatter on about baseball and scores and standings and stats even if I don't understand a cotton picking word he's saying!!

I agree. And what's more disheartening is that it was some hardcore MSers that seem to have left. Believe me, I love everyone that is still here, but is some strange way I feel it is time for a little board drama (and I don't mean to the point of some episodes that we've had in the past), but a little more fire, kwim?

Not that I post all that much, so someone please tell me to shut-up!
