The first one I really remember was The Muppet Movie. I also saw the live action Popeye around the same time. I'm not sure which one was first (I think).
I know the first movie I saw on VCR (we were one of the first people around to have one) was Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I think Annie was next.
I still have her in pullups but she has been dry for over a week now in the morning. She gets up, comes into bed with us, watches sesame street podcasts for 15 - 45 minutes depending on how early she gets up, and then gets up and pees.
I'm considering putting her in underwear full time.
She's in underwear at daycare all day and still has 1 or 2 accidents a week.
She just turned two in August! I'm not ready for this. haha. Where did my baby go?
The first movie I remember seeing was Gremlins. I actually didn't watch most of it; my mom kept covering my eyes. But I will say, I cannot hear the song "Do you Hear What I Hear?" and not think of little green monsters in a blender.

Man, that seems incredible to me!
How is she still not an infant? I keep thinking of her as this adorable toddler dancing around with nothing but a diaper and a hat on.
Just think, no more diapers-that has to be appealing!
I don't know how many of you saw my FB status yesterday, but I seriously almost had one less pet last night.
I spent yesterday afternoon making an awesome spinach mushroom lasagna with a beschemel sauce, and my dog ate it.
I left it on the stove, went to pick Juliette up from preschool (15 min, tops), and came home to find the demolished dish.
It has been a loooooong time since I've been so livid; I actually spent a couple minutes kicking the bouncy horse down the hallway.
I felt like the dad from A Christmas Story, lamenting how you could still smell the wonderful lasagna smell, but there would be no delicious dinner, no easy leftovers.
Good Morning! Bambi was the first movie I remember seeing.
Sonya I have to say they do grow up fast but I really wish E would have been as easy as Jo with potty training. We are still working on making it through the night dry.
Jenn I haven't seen you on here in a while. How are you all doing?
Toni that dog incident would have made me livid. Our dog would have done the same thing. He is outside quite a bit and since he likes to counter surf I doubt that will change. Maybe that will change when it gets really cold (or maybe he will be used to the cold and just go out and play (bag).
I am bleeding from an embarrassing (sp? I changed it because spell-check said I had it wrong) place because I gave myself a quick trim this morning after my shower. And nicked myself.
Ouch, ouch, ouch.
In less painful news, I'm going to get a much-needed haircut this morning. On my head.
I have split ends all over the top of my head (from swimming or pulling my hair back all the time or something), so who knows how short my hair will be once those are removed.

:jealous:
Congrats Josie
Kate will be moving to the next class in daycare on Monday. They've already told me they will work with her which makes me super happy. She's very interested and asks to potty at home so doing it at home and daycare I'm hoping she will be trained soon.
that is awesome that she's night trained too! that is huge!

if my daughter does not start sleeping through the night I don't know what I will do!
Night before last she did.
But, 13 yo son was yelling out in his sleep and woke me at 11:30 - I swear it was his spelling words or something! I went and checked and he was fine. A couple hours later Jake came in and got me b/c he had started to pee in his bed so I had to get up and help him.
The night's she does sleep, no one else does. I'm in desparate need of a few night's of solid sleep.
