so, i really want to make the pumpkin latte with the canned pumpkin. but, pumpkin is hard to come by here. i have one can of it. can i use a tbsp and then put the rest in a freezer bag to use later? maybe i could freeze some individual portions to make lattes later? i thought about just making pumpkin bread with the rest, but then i will be all out of pumpkin. boooooo.
