My favorite TV show when I was a teenager was Fame. I loved the movie Fame. I super-love musicals--all musicals, even super-cheesy musicals.

Don't bother going to see it. It isn't a musical. It would be a much better idea to rent the original movie or TV series.
There was one girl in it who looked EXACTLY like Laura Ingalls (Melissa Gilbert, is that her name?). That was kinda interesting, although her character wasn't.
Oh no! I'm going to see it this week anyway, LOL, because it's at Parent Movie Morning. Good to know that I shouldn't have any expectations though!
Is it as racy as the original movie?
I don't know. I'll have to go watch the old one again.
Some of the dance numbers in it look like strip-teases, but there is no sex amongst the characters. There is one really stupid scene where this girl thinks she is actually taping an audition in this guy's trailer.
