I'm cooking pork chops on the stove-top.

They are really thick so I'm hoping that they're ready at the same time as everything else.

I guess it doesn't really matter because the other two things are green beans and rolls.

Those can stay warm if I need to cook the pork chops longer.

This post may never be read but that's too bad because it would entertain April.

At dinner, I suggested to Glen and my kids that we go to the Bartlett Celebration at the park.

I told them about the fundraiser with car-bashing.

Henry looked stricken, Mark left the table to go in the other room and watch the SpongeBob movie, and Glen had a severe look of distaste on his face.

I was ????.

I said, "I just thought it would be something fun to do."

Glen said, "We don't like fun."

And that says it all.

Perhaps I should get a new siggy with a family pic and the quote, "We don't like fun."
