I am drooling!  Some of the preschool moms were talking about having a breakfast potluck type of thing and I am totally making this.  Have you made it yet?  Can you double or triple it and have it still come out right?

Libby, I personally haven't (but I'm going to, for sure) but it does come from a friend, that has used it, and it got great reviews from her other friends (she posted it on fb)

The recipe she posted is the doubled version of the original, so it must double and triple up perfectly fine.

Hope you guys love it!

i'm wondering if this would still be fine if i cut it in half.  it would only be me drinking it.  maybe i should cut it down by 4.  hmmm...  i'm going to have to make pumpkin bread or something too because i definitely don't want to waste my can of pumpkin if i'm only using a tbsp or 2, lmao.

This sounds sooooooo good!!!!

I'm always pumpkin obsessed in the fall and since my weight has been skyrocketing, I haven't been able to indulge in my normal pumpkin muffin/bread binges.  This may take that edge off!  Thanks for posting this Leah!
