OK so NBC was not a cable network, but theyd didnt switch to hd streaming so I cant watch Biggest loser, the office etc.
Anyway I cant find the full episode for Biggest loser on the site and find out I have to purchase it through ITunes, Amazon, or I guess its on netflix which we dont have.
You can download episodes if you don't mind being a shade shady. Let me know and I can point you in the right direction (or the wrong direction depending on how you look at it ;) ).

I am pretty sure they did switch - we are able to get it (finally). We had to work the antenna a little bit but we do get NBC and we don't pay for cable.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by hd streaming but I know when the whole digital switch happened, we stopped getting NBC.
There was a button on the remote for our converter box that reconfigures (or something) all the channels. I pushed it, and then I got NBC. That is my one channel that gives me fits with blinking pictures/pausing words, etc. but usually after I push that remote button again, it fixes itself.
