what would be the theme?  Would you make a certain kind of cuisine, or mix it up all the time?

And yes, I spend way too much time watching Food Network.

Food network is the bomb!

I wouldn't have a theme. I can't, as I cook all sorts of stuff and nothing is thematic.

However, I would call it "simple, easy, not that hard but homemade". As in, I can make my own tortillas and do, and it isn't hard and it takes 2 minutes. I can make bisquits from scratch in 1 minute (to form and put in the pan) so I would emphasize the easy homemade stuff. The stuff our grandma's knew how to do and we all forgot and may have chosen to relearn and then want to tell the world, "OMG!! THIS IS EASY!!!".

Wait, that is the name of my imaginary show, "OMG THIS IS EASY!" or "WTF! I CAN DO THIS!"
