I'm still feeling emotional about this episode. I agree, jen. My worst fear too. She is amazingly positive though. I wish her the very very best.

i am watching and i'm totally loving abby. i can't believe all that she's been through but she is a total inspiration to me. i love that she said death would be easier for her but that she chooses to get up every day and believes she's here for something greater. what an amazing attitude. amazing.

I totally couldn't sleep after watching this. It has been haunting me for days.

I'm with Jillian-if that ever happened to me, I figured I would just choose death over living through that pain. What an incredible woman.

I don't think another group of people moved me the way this one did. Though I kind of liked Alexandra, and thought she would bring some spunk to the show.

I know! Really, I think this is a good group. I wonder why Tracy didn't come back all week? Wonder what was wrong with her?

And does anyone else think it's a little unfair that they brought Daniel back? I mean, I know he still has a lot to lose, but he has been excercising for months now and clearly will have an edge in all the challenges. But I guess that's a nice change for him, considering where he was last season.

I do think it is a bit weird to bring him back. I also wonder if they are going to go longer this season (at least in total). Those are some really big people and if you are going to get the inspirational results, they will obviously need a lot longer to do it (like Daniel).

I mean, if some of these people lose 200 lbs, they will still be over 200 lbs.

Should be interesting.

It seems right now like it isn't going to be a very controversial group. Hard to tell of course but everyone seemed pretty nice. And really, it's hard to be too wrapped up in your own problems with Abby there.

I think I spend too much time thinking about this show. LMAO.

I actually think Daniel has a purpose on the show.  He is there to help Shay overcome all her fears. I think he was brought back because he can understand how she feels and he can help her.  His friend and partner never help in the losing process so i think is a great second chance.

i know this is the first week but i really love this group.  there is probably going to be some controversy but i think they may be more tolerant that others group.  Plus I lvoe that both trainers are going to work with eveyone.

sonya... i also think i spent too much time thinking about this show...
