Allie started with a Bitty Baby and then Alicia and I split a twin when we were in Chicago. Allie has the dark hair twin girl.

Kaylen doesnt have any. SHe has a fancy nancy from target thats about the same size though. I guess the thing I dont love about the AG dolls is they have fabric bodies if Im not mistaken. They sell bathing suits for the dolls and knowing that K would want to take the doll swiming and wouldnt be able too.

Im a sucker though and Always want to get her one but realize we have plenty of stuff around here.

I do hate that too about the dolls. Allie some suits for her doll and it kind of looks silly, but other then that I love all the stuff.

i had molly mcintyre when she first came out and grace has bitty now. i didn't realize the just like you dolls were larger...maybe i will wait for a few years then. i think julie might be my favorite of the older dolls--i love her hair.

We don't have any. I like looking at the catalogs, but my girls aren't that into baby dolls, so I don't want to spend the money on them.

Oh well! They like girly things, they just like to use stuffed animals in lieu of baby dolls.

Hannah will be getting the one I had as a child.... It's Samantha, which I think has since been discontinued.

I wanted to make one that looked like her, but the combinations aren't what I need, and if I'm paying that much for one, I don't want it to be off, lol. I'm super crushed because I wasn't able to order Nicki the year she was out, and she's a freaking carbon copy of Hannah. Strawberry blond curls, little freckles, blue eyes. Argh. *sigh*

You can get her on Ebay for about the same as at the store price. You should definitely check.

this is totally us. my kids arent baby-doll types either, so i'm holding off on this (or just not going this route at all). i know they'd never play with them.
