I need to find Faith so good Ruby red slippers. I just want to make sure it is a good pair since I'm assuming she will want to wear her sparkly shoes more then just with her halloween costume.

I think Target may have them. :fingers that they do.

I so did not want to get up this morning. Braxton climed in bed with me sometime last night and I just love to wake up with him cuddling with me.

No.

I'm just more surprised that people don't tend to think that my line of thinking is right.

LOL

I'm not sure why since they hardly ever do.

I've shoved my foot in my mouth more times than I can count since I assume people have the same opinions as me.

lmfao

I'm the same way.

I'm always telling Joe, "It was so obvious for me. I didn't realize there was room for varying opinions on that."

Good morning!!!!

No, I don’t think everyone thinks the way I do. I tend to think that everyone thinks different from me and that makes me a freak.

Stupid low self esteem!

No, I am not surprised that people don't think like me, lmao. I would definitely have to be completely out of touch if I did because I tend to think so differently than most women! I also know it doesn't always make me the most popular amongst women. There is a sect of women who feel like I am a traitor or something because some of my thinking doesn't gel at all with stereotypical female thinking.

I do struggle sometimes to understand others though, and I freely admit that. I hate snuggling during sleep, and I truly can not understand the appeal of that. But I really try to understand where others are coming from. (not just about snuggling, lmao, but about all things)

I very rarely get on really good with other women...it takes other women a really long time to like me bc i think so differently.

ITA with the snuggling...I jjust don't like being thsat close to someone ver much

That sounds like a challenge if I've ever heard one.

It's not morning anymore, but I'm going to try to answer the question.

I tend to think that people don't think the same way as I do, but I want everyone to think the same way I do.

And many times I'm surprised when I found out what other people are thinking because I would never in a million years have thought that.

:D

ITU-women sometimes have a harder time warming up to me as well.  Most of the time, women tend to initially think either that I am snobbish or cold, or that I am faking my more male dominant opinions in order to gain favor with the male persuasion, lmfao.  That one has always been pretty funny to me.

Needless to say, once people get to know me, they realize that neither of those is the case.  But I know some women still just can't deal with my personality, and that is fine!  Not everyone loves everyone else...

And yeah-there is a time and place for snuggling-but when I am sleeping is NOT the time or place!!!

I had acupuncture this morning-it was lovely! But one of the needles going into my left hand hurt a lot today. She had pointed out that my muscle there was very developed for a righty.

Anyway, my mom and dad have the girls today, and I should be more productive with my time, but I am not being productive at all. And they will be away for 2+ weeks, so this will be it on the babysitting until October, so I should really be making better use of it!!!

Alas, here I sit, lmao

I have been stressing an awful lot about the sizing of these Halloween costumes. I wish they were still being manufactured!! Why is it that my kids want to be things that aren't readily available?

Maybe I should sew more. But I am not a huge fan of sewing, I have to be honest.

IDK if I ever mentioned this, but you know my crock from my crock pot cracked.

I emailed Kitchenaid, which is the kind of crock pot I have. They said theirs heats up way faster than other brands (she didn't say "way" though, lmao) and thus they don't recommend using frozen foods at all. She was super nice about it though, and even though the warranty has beenn up for a long while now, they sent me a new crock for free!!!

I was very glad. I hardly ever use frozen food anyway, so for me, that isn't a big deal, but it is kind of annoying that they say you shouldn't do that. But since I got the crock for free, I'll just be more cautious from now on!

Not very many people tend to think as I do on most things, it seems. I pretty much assume that I'm in the minority unless proven otherwise.
