i use glasses but i put them on when I have a headache. I only use it for one eye because the other one has a perfect vision.

Raym is sick, scott is sick, I am sick, my sister is sick. Only K and dh are not sick.

I have tons to do and dont want to do it.

i think so. one of the things i love about him is that he makes Plan A, B, C, D and explore every possiblility. I think that the initial shock is wearing off and now he is working on his anger. But being angry just make him better at finding a solution. We still have to wait a couple of weeks so we'll see.

Good morning.

Blind as a bat here. I wear gas permeable contacts 24/7 and hate it when I have to take them out to clean them. I don't own a pair of glasses, but will get a set this year with my yearly eye exam in october.

Can anyone tell me when this freaking cold will end, I feel like crap!

I wear contacts. I have glasses, but they give me a headache, so I don't bother with them. I leave my contacts in until i go to bed.

I get an exam when I run out of contacts, but I buy a year's supply after the exam, and another year's supply before the prescription runs out, so it is usually at least 2 years btwn eye exams for me.

i hate that Erika is headed your way but i am glad she has not built up a ton of strength.

hopefully she will not do much damage.

Hi!

I never answered my own question.

[Day 3 of the spending freeze here, btw. I'm getting pretty good at not spending any money.]

I am on my last pair of disposable contact lenses, and they are past their prime.

I need to get an eye exam so I can order more lenses.

Also, Holly chewed my newer, cuter glasses so I'd like to get another pair.

I am VERY near-sighted; I can only see things clearly about 9 inches away from my face--without corrective lenses.

Anything farther away than that is all fuzzy.
