Well, I tried to find stuff on their website but it isn't very descriptive.
I went there with Kimberly last month for a weekend, and there was so much stuff that I knew my kids would love.
They have a huge indoor garden called the Cascades with fountains, waterfalls, all kinds of cool stuff. I wish I could find a picture.
Another section is called the Delta, and I think it is supposed to be a replica of New Orleans(??) but there is a little river that runs through it. They offer riverboat rides all around it during the day and evening. In the evening, the boats are lit up, and there is a cool dancing fountain show. In this section, there are also a bunch of old-timey looking shops--ice cream, western wear, touristy stuff. The weekend I was there, they also had line dancing in the "street" in the evenings.
The Opry Mills Mall is in walking distance, and there are lots of shops (some outlet), two themed restaurants--a Rainforest Cafe and an Aquarium Restaurant.
They also have the Grand Ole Opry which has big country music shows, although I don't know if my kids would enjoy that. And there is some big boat (General Jackson, I think) that you can tour.
Of course, the kids would also love swimming in the indoor pool.
Henry is fascinated with things like--balconies (there are a ton of those), interesting architecture (although he doesn't know that it what it is called), bridges, malls. And Mark likes whatever Henry likes.

Are you only wanting to stay at a certain hotel? Sometimes on priceline you can get lucky. The worst thing they can do is say no.
Freshman year in HS. We were both 14. He was my on again, off again BF since like 6th grade. Ugh. He cheated on me with my BFF once in 7th grade when I was sick with bronchitis.
It was the Winter Formal. We were all sucking the helium out of the balloons on the landing of the staircase. We had our formals at the courthouse (I never understood why). And then he kissed me.
And it was the worst ever.
I went to the bathroom and five minutes later the same BFF (we went together) came and said that he had kissed her too!
Your first kiss sounded hilarious (I still have several pages to catch up on to read about other people's).
My first kiss was in the back of my hs bf's mom's van, on the way home from King's Dominion (his mom, us, and his half bro and half sis, who were sitting in the middle row). I was 15, and I knew he seemed to be working up the nerve for something, but I was still totally unprepared when he turned and attacked my face. NOT an awesome experience.
He improved a little over time, lol, but what IS it about some guys and trying to eat your face? Gahhh...

Yes, I want to stay at the Opryland Hotel.
It is much pricier than places nearby but I just don't want to have to walk long distances or cross busy streets to get there.
Plus we NEVER go anywhere on vacation so I feel like I can splurge a little bit.
First real kiss? I was 16. We were walking downtown, holding hands, all of a sudden he stopped and said he had wanted to do something for a long time. Then he kissed me. Awesome!
