gift ideas for 8 year old girl

I have no idea what is popular for this age group.  She is a girlie girl.  Basically a teenage wannabe.  She like wizards of waverly place and hannah montana.  Besides that I have no idea.  I would like to get some non toy ideas also.  Thanks.

Target had some small digital cameras (hello kitty, hannah montana) on sale for $20ish. That could be cool. (Kiera is getting the HK one for xmas).

Last year for Christmas I bought my neice this little girls spa set at TRU.  She loved it.  It had scented bubble bath soaps and stuff and it came in it's own carrying case.  It wasn't too mature either - just perfect for her age.   I also bought her some slippers and pj's as well.

Gift card from Justice or another tween store. Or just get her an outfit and she can exhange it if she doesn't like it.
