I know I *could* do it as far as willpower but it would be hard.
But the thing is, I can't do it right now. It has SO much fiber and pretty much only fiber and well, you know what fiber does!

But, I am doing a mostly raw foods diet but I am having a little bit more - like a piece of bread during the day as well as some yogurt. I needed something to settle my stomach a bit.
This morning I had a piece of bread and fruit. For lunch I had a big salad but I put grilled chicken with it. Snacks are still fruits, veggies, nuts. Dinner will be lean meat with veggies, salad, etc.
LMAO. I chose last week and this week because we had basically nothing going on and I could be close to the toilet. It is a CLEANSE. LOL.
Anyway, you're still eating super healthy so sounds good.

I know, I know, I just impulsively started. But the good thing is, it has helped me to incorporate tons of raw foods and eat better so hopefully that will be good and during christmas break or something like that I can do it completely. I just saw all the benefits and wanted to do it and didn't really think about *that* part, LOL.
I lost a pound and a half so far so hopefully it will continue even though I'm not following it completely.

The weight you lose during cleanses usually comes right back, so dont be discouraged if it does.

The weight you lose during cleanses usually comes right back, so dont be discouraged if it does.
I think since I've modified it the weight I lose will be actual weight and not just "cleansing" weight, kwim?
