Hi A!!!!

Tracy-did you ever figure out how to get to the last unread post in a thread?  I know I am not all that tech savvy, but I haven't figured that out yet...

IHNI.  I have gotten prints from them, and my mom has gotten photo books from them, but never a canvas.

Di, I am not surprised that you did such a great job and were outstanding, but am thrilled for you that the cranky pants boss let it be known!  I really hope this makes your boss realize he can't do without you.

Supa I hate it when my dh has to work on weekends (which is a lot).  It always makes me feel robbed of my time.

So this girl I work with came to work yesterday and left after about 1/2 hour. She had one of her friends call and pretended like her daughter's daycare was calling saying that her daughter was sick. Our boss asked her if she'd be back and she said it depended on how sick she was. Well her daughter wasn't sick at all, she did that so she could go to cedar point(amusement park) So today she's back at work and our other boss asked her how her daughter was and she told him that her daughter was in the hospital and has to stay there until she pees.

WTH!! I just could never use that for an excuse.

My boss never gives me a hard time when I need time off for M2. I guess he just gives her a hard time, becuase it seems like she does it all the time!!

I still can't believe she used that excuse!!!!

That is terrible.  If I ever did something like that I have no doubt I would get caught too.  It is also a pita when someone does that and leaves other people holding the bag. evileye

UGH-it really does stink, doesn't it???

But I hate to make him feel badly about it, because I know it isn't what he wants either.  So far, he has rarely had to do work on weekends (not counting Sunday nights), and he never has to go to the actual office, but it seems like things just keep getting more and more demanding.

I guess that is a good thing, but he definitely doesn't get paid overtime!!!

I just read your other post about that.  It looks like the time stamp thing takes you to the last thread.  Maybe that will be something that will be figured out as we go here...

I just found at that she left at 1:15.  I'm sure she used the excuse that she had to go pick her daughter up from the hospital!

OMG!

I would be afraid to use her excuse because 1. I would be afraid that it may actually happen and 2.  I would be afraid that my boss might check into it and find out it wasn't true!

I just really can't believe someone would use this excuse!

I know we all can use a day off once in awhile, but just say you're not feeling well or something.

Good morning everyone!

We don't have any plans for the weekend.

It's suppossed to be hot here so maybe we'll hit the water park tomorrow. I don't know though because if AF starts(was supposed to already) I don't really want to go to the water park! I guess we could go and Michael could go in the water with M2?!

Other than that I have no clue what we'll do.

Of course there's always laundry and cleaning that needs to be done, but who wants to do that!

 Do you not wear tampons?

:dunno

Just struck me as funny, I don't think I've worried about swimming and AF since I was in 7th grade and wearing pads.

you crack me up KD
