turkey is a healthier meat, but very high in sodium. you would season and cook it just as you would a regular burger. I buy the lean turkey burger and use it as a replacement for red meat most times.
Do you like turkey? If so, you would like a a turkey burger.
They even sell turkey burger patties frozen if you did not want to do the whole making them.
I like to add chopped onion, red pepper and fresh cilantro in mine- it kicks it up a notch as i find plain turkey burgers a bit bland.
I bet the cranberry/ cheese would be super yummy!!!
