I bought this dress for a Vegas wedding and was hoping to wear wedge sandals since they are easier for me to walk in and more comfortable.  The wedding is at 2:30 so I will be in them all afternoon and all evening.

Would black work or should I look for a silver???  Most wedges have a natural color heal.  Is that not dressy enough and does it even match?

I never wear dresses (or heels).

THANKS !!!

you could do a nude wedge. Wedges tend to not be as "formal" or "dressy" but considering the wedding is at 2:30. That would be fine. I would do either silver or a nude type color. I am not a big fan of blue and black together.

If you arent used to wearing heels, they can be uncomfortable and hard to walk in (I have trouble keeping them on my heels sometimes). So, you may want to go for a mary jane or T-strap fit, so you dont have to worry about that. They are also a bit dressier than a wedge. What about these?

I think I like the silver or nude also vs the black.  Would I need to find a grayish or beige sweater?  I was planning on staying in the dress all evening since I never dress up and it may get chilly.

Those are all very pretty.  I think I may find that style in a chunkier heel instead of a wedge.  I don't know why but I have trouble with a small heel.
